At Velvet Creme, each dessert is handcrafted to order using fresh, premium ingredients. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered.

Refunds & Complaints

Refunds or replacements will only be considered at our sole discretion.

Any concerns or complaints regarding your order must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery confirmation. After this time, we will unfortunately be unable to entertain claims.

To report an issue, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where applicable

Storage & Handling

Once delivery has been completed, Velvet Creme shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper storage

  • Environmental exposure (heat, sunlight, refrigeration conditions, etc.)

  • Damage caused after drop-off

  • Product changes resulting from handling after delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are stored according to any care instructions provided.
