At Velvet Creme, we take great care to ensure your handcrafted desserts arrive fresh, beautifully presented, and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within the Johannesburg area only.

Delivery Partner

All deliveries are fulfilled through a trusted third-party delivery service to ensure safe and reliable transportation of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are dispatched 24–48 hours from order placement.

• All orders placed on Thursday(after 8am)/Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Deliveries take place during the second half of the day.

• While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

If you require your order for a specific date or occasion, we kindly ask that you place your order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Fees

• A fixed delivery fee of R80 applies to all orders under R900.

• Orders over R900 qualify for free delivery within Johannesburg.
